Kooltronics - Air Conditioners
The KOOLTRONIC lines of Air Conditioners offer the most extensive selection of cooling capacities, sizes, mounting configurations and power inputs available. Capacities range from 1,000 to 30,000 BTU/H in vertical panel-mounted and horizontal models. Both air-cooled and water-cooled types are available. Most models use centrifugal blower-driven air systems for maximum penetration.All are engineered for full-capacity performance at high ambient temperatures.
KOOLTRONIC closed-loop Air Conditioners seal enclosures, cool, dehumidify and recirculate the clean air throughout the components to provide protection from high temperatures or airborne contaminants. The TrimLine Air Conditioner line offers a narrow profile, the innovative M/TAB (Mounting Template and Assembly Bracket) mounting system and several standard features that were previously available as options. A new Series of Wall-Mounted Air Conditioners, for outdoor shelters and similar applications requiring 30,000 to 60,000 BTU/H is in development and will be announced in the near future.
All KOOLTRONIC Air Conditioners feature a Hot Gas Bypass Valve, causing "cycle-free" compressor operation, for greater reliability, longer life for the compressor and control system and more stable equipment temperature. The continuously operating compressor and non-electric control system provide thermostat-free automatic temperature regulation over a broad range of operating conditions and eliminate transients during compressor start-up. To prevent over-cooling, a Low Temperature Control and EMI/RFI Suppressor are included in all KOOLTRONIC Air Conditioners.
KOOLTRONIC Air Conditioners are engineered for reliable performance. All applicable components are UL/CSA Recognized. Most models are UL/CUL Listed or Recognized and maintain NEMA 12 Enclosure Rating (UL 50).
Most KOOLTRONIC Air Conditioners are designed for normal indoor installation. Outdoor or corrosive environments require weather protection and/or special internal and external protective features. For hosedown or outdoor applications, the Integrity NEMA 4/4X and Intrepid Outdoor Series are available.
