About Products... Coflex connectors are made from the highest quality electrical grade copper braid, finely stranded, and woven to provide maximum flexibility. Ferrules are made from copper tubing into which the braid is inserted for the full length of the tubing. High compression forming is used to provide a mechanically and electrically sound termination. Connectors are available with NEMA standard drilling patterns on ferrules or can be supplied with undrilled ferrules. Coflex, Inc., flexible connectors are the most practical and economical way to avoid the need for precise alignment of bus bars. They also help eliminate the transmission of shock or vibration. Coflex connectors allow for thermal expansion and contraction and avoid the placement of mechanical stress on connected equipment.
