Reed Sensors for pcb mounting

Characteristics

The MK6 sensors are magnetically operated Reed proximity switches for direct pcb mounting . The sensor should be mounted on a fixed surface with the actuating magnet, e.g. M6, on the moving surface.  The Reed Sensor and the magnet must be fixed in a definite distance to each other.  Approximation resp. removal of the magnet determines the closing and opening of the Reed Switch.  The magnetic pull-in / drop-out sensitivity is divided into various AT ranges.  2.54 mm pcb pin pitch, available with different distances.

  door switch for washing-machines, dish-washers, microwave / baking ovens, refrigerators etc.
• Limit switch for low-power signals
  e.g. garage door controls, lever hoists, conveyors

  e.g. position indicators

NEW PRODUCT

MEDER electronic is pleased to announce the launch of it's MK6-10.  This product is a new (bistable) latching sensor which is opened or closed by a passing magnet.  This sensor remains in that state until a magnet of the opposite polarity passes by again.
