RCO SALES SHIPPING POLICY
Orders received before 2:30pm EST will ship same day
Orders received after 2:30pm EST will ship the next business day.

RCO SALES RETURN POLICY - DAMAGED PRODUCT
All products are inspected for external damage prior to shipping.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please send a picture of the damage and request a return label from email@example.com within 30 days from the ship date. A return label will be emailed to the email address on the return request.
Once the damaged product has been received and inspected, a refund for the product will be issued...or...a replacement part will be shipped to the same address.
RCO SALES RETURN POLICY - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product is defective (does not work), please call RCO Sales at 800-654-4636 within 30 days from the ship date. RCO Sales will need your order number and the part number. RCO Sales will provide instructions on how to return the defective product and how to obtain a replacement.
RCO SALES RETURN POLICY - INCORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED
All products available through RCO Sales have a specific purpose. Please make sure you have the correct product before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding any of our products please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 800-654-4636.
If you have ordered the incorrect product, you have 30 days from the ship date to return the product to RCO Sales. Once the incorrect product has been received and inspected, a refund for the incorrect product will be issued.
Please place an order for the correct product.
RCO SALES RETURN POLICY - INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPPED
If the incorrect product was shipped please request a return label from email@example.com and return the product within 30 days of the ship date.
The correct product will be shipped to the same address, using the same method at no additional charge.
